Custom designed robot gripper can handle different types or shapes of products and operators are able to change format to meet different packaging format.
Products like bottles, sachets, pouch, individual pack, display carton, tube etc. Which can be picked and placed at the designated area. Counting and grouping and functions are available if required.
Delta Robot
Ultra-sanitary and high speed robotic pick and place system. It is hygienically designed for high capacity production lines like meat, biscuit, chocolate, dairy product and ready-made meals etc.
FY-ROB Robotic Palletizer System / Palletizing System
Our robotic palletizing system deploys 5 or 6 axis articulated robots for flexible, high durability palletizing solution. Ranging form payload of 3kg to 500kg, FYMC robot palletizing can handle up to 3000 cartons per hour. End effector customization is our core competency in response to customer requirement. They can operate at up to 5-7 cycles per minute or faster with payloads that can be up to 500kg. Besides, it can collect empty pallet from magazines, slip sheets and equipped with various types of picking head like gripper, vacuum sponge and clamping etc.
